Changelog

What changed in each version, newest first. These are the same lines the server shows the first time you join after an update.

Mineform 1.1.5

4 November 2026

Everything in 1.1.5
  • Edda's survey flights now work for everyone: you rise above your own head, then circle the structure and look at it from the side before landing exactly where you stood
  • Want another look? After a survey flight, click [look again] (a minute later, as often as you like, until your next survey of that kind)
  • If Edda's notes ever take too long, she now says so after a couple of minutes instead of leaving you waiting, and charges nothing. Coins in your backpack don't count: keep a cog in your inventory
  • Everyone now gets a Chronicle book on their first login: the latest week's, even if you arrived after it was written
  • Signed out, or "Authentication servers are down" when you join? You no longer need to restart the launcher: click the little head button on the Multiplayer screen, choose Add, then Microsoft, and sign in with the code it shows

Mineform 1.1.4

3 November 2026

Everything in 1.1.4
  • Trees now come down the lumberjack way: hit a trunk with an axe and each swing cuts it thinner; after a few swings (more for a big tree) the whole tree falls and the leaves drop saplings and apples as they fade. Sneak to take one log, press N for the chopping settings
  • Every log that falls pays Lumberjack XP once, the same as cutting it by hand (10, more with a better axe); bare hands, deployers and Mechanical Saws work as before (saws still fell whole trees, but pay no Lumberjack XP, cranked or not), and nobody can fell a tree in someone else's claim
  • A new optional Guild quest, Timber, after the Lumberjack card
  • Edda sells surveys (Other desk business, then Could you survey something?): for a cog she finds the nearest shipwreck or ruined portal you haven't seen yet, gives you a map, a waypoint for Xaero's map and its coordinates, then shows it to you from the air for a few seconds. One of each kind a day
  • New: Sophisticated Storage. Chests, barrels and Limited Barrels that you upgrade in place, contents and all. Click a tier upgrade on a placed chest
  • Chest tiers follow Create: copper needs copper sheets, iron needs iron sheets and an andesite casing, gold needs golden sheets and brass casings, and diamond needs Precision Mechanisms. Storage Stack Upgrades II and III need andesite and brass casings, IV a Survey Mechanism, and netherite waits for the Nether
  • A Stack Upgrade from a storage chest can no longer be turned into a backpack Stack Upgrade III or IV; craft those the normal way
  • A storage controller needs brass casings, and its links and hatches need electron tubes
  • Rowan sells Limited Barrels, and the Decoration Table and Paintbrush from a Lumberjack Licence II. Greta sells the iron tier upgrade (Miner Licence II) and Otto the gold one (Engineer Licence III)
  • New quests in Industry, from Better Chests up to a diamond strongroom, and a Storehouse to build with your Builder's Plaque
  • Sophisticated Backpacks updated: your backpacks keep everything inside them, upgrades included
  • The quest book is tidier: every quest sits on an even grid, icons are sharp at every size, and the tier headers and row titles are real text
  • Job trees have a new look: each perk stands over the level where you can first own it, with a level ruler, the path names, Licence II and III, the level cap and the Shipping Bin bonuses painted in. Arrows show which perk leads to which, and learned perks glow brass
  • Industry and Buildings and Town are now line maps: each part of the chapter is a coloured railway line, every quest a station on it, and a line lights up as its stations are done. The legend on the left shows how far along each line you are
  • In Buildings and Town the plaque now opens the first building of each line, and each building opens the next one along its line; Decor follows the first houses. Nothing you have done is lost
  • The quest book opens on a Contents page: every chapter as a tile with a bar that fills as its quests are done. Click a chapter's name to open it
  • The Guild Hall, the Town Square, the Calendar, Curiosities and Legacy are now boards: every quest is a card with its name on it, in one band per job, shopkeeper or season, with a progress strip for each band. A secret's card appears once you find it
  • In the Guild Hall the job cards now follow each other in pairs (the Farmer card opens the Rancher's, the Rancher's the Chef's, the Miner's the Lumberjack's, the Adventurer's the Mage's); they are still one click each
  • Hearth, Skyways, Colony, Arcana, Mahou Tsukai, Frontier and the Atlas are line maps too, and Landfall is a board. In each line map a quest now opens the next one along its line, so some quests come in a set order (the colony's huts, the guardian bosses); anything you have already done stays done

Mineform 1.1.3

2 November 2026

Everything in 1.1.3
  • Builder's Plaques: right-click a placed plaque with an empty hand to mark which building it belongs to; no more loading bars on stoves and saws
  • The Buildings chapter is sorted into rows: Landmarks, Home and Hearth, Workshops, Shopfronts and Decor, with fewer repeats in the whole book
  • In the quest book, hover an item and press R, U or A for EMI; the window, title screen and Discord now say Mineform and the version
  • A calmer title screen and loading screen in brass and slate: Join Mineform sits on top and says whether the server is up, and the loading screen shows a tip
  • Eating many different foods now gives extra hearts only (at 3, 7, 18, 25 and 31 foods); the hidden permanent Strength, Regeneration and Speed are gone after this login, and gold-star food counts like any other
  • Quest tasks are fairer: "carry any bed", any bench, any wool or logs, any boat and so on now count, and the wording says when an item only needs to be in your pack
  • Aether gloves, rings and pendants go in their own accessory menu (press I): hold one and right-click to put it on
  • Jobs take longer now: level 5 is about a week in your main job, 10 about a month, and 15 is the new top. Every level buys a perk (each tree has eight), and /job shows how far you are
  • Right-click harvesting ripe crops now pays Farmer XP, and so do beetroot, tomatoes, rice, garlic and every other ripe crop; a better hoe, pickaxe or axe pays more XP (iron and gold +10%, diamond +25%)
  • Already high in a job? Your XP is all kept, it just counts for a lower level on the new scale; your licences and perks stay
  • Storage: new Logistics quests in Industry (vaults, parcels, the Stock Ticker, requesters, Factory Gauges), and Otto sells their parts; the Stock Ticker now needs a Precision Mechanism, and the Ender Linker can't be crafted any more (existing ones keep working)

Mineform 1.1.1

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.1.1
  • Stars pay at the Shipping Bin: silver +25%, gold +50%, best +100% of the plain price; big fish +25%, trophy fish +50%
  • Sell starred goods in the bin: shopkeepers' weekly lists still pay the plain price
  • Four legendary fish (Dragon Fish, Shooting Starfish, Voidseeker, Devil's Hole Pupfish) now sell as legendaries, and Unusual Fish and Stardew legends sell too
  • The quest book is tidier: the town plan chapter puts every building on its plot, and headers sit in one row everywhere

Mineform 1.1.0

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.1.0
  • Your launcher fetched this update for you when it started. Welcome to 1.1.0, with a few new things to find
  • A new journal chapter, The Atlas: write postcards in faraway places and bring home souvenirs from taverns, wrecks and wells
  • Edda has Other desk business now: the latest news, a fresh copy of your Chronicle, and a map drawn in return for a postcard
  • Shopkeepers happily take three gifts a week, and Pim buys one odd thing a week if you ask him what he is after
  • Captain Hale keeps his ember errand under Something else? (handing him the ember still works)
  • New quest icons, a town plan behind the Buildings chapter, and item tooltips with the current Shipping Bin prices

Mineform 1.0.11

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.11
  • Found a Smouldering Ember? Simply hand it to Captain Hale (Give what I'm holding, or crouch and right-click) for your Blaze Burner

Mineform 1.0.10

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.10

  • A second Blaze Upgrade template can be copied from 7 Blaze Rods and a Blaze Cake (Otto still sells them too)
  • The bin receipt mentions it when your coin tray was tidied into bigger coins, same total

Mineform 1.0.9

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.9
  • Hold something and type /market about: what the bin pays, who buys it this week, who sells it, and for fish where they bite
  • The Shipping Bin changes its coin tray up into bigger coins, and warns at dusk if tonight's sale won't fit
  • Sneak-right-click a Shipping Bin with an empty hand to see what tonight's sale would pay

Mineform 1.0.8

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.8
  • Click any item in a [Market] line (or type /market about <item>) to hear who sells its seeds and when it grows
  • The Shipping Bin receipt says what stayed behind and why; /bin preview shows what tonight's sale would pay
  • Quests that need the sealed Nether or End now say so at the bottom, so nobody chases a road that is still closed

Mineform 1.0.7

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.7
  • Otto now sells the Blaze Upgrade template (Engineer level 5, two cogs), so the Blaze Enchanter is open after all
  • The Shipping Bin tells you what it sold each night; type /bin to see the last receipt again
  • Hover the ledger line in /town to see every Invitation left and its price
  • The weekly Chronicle names the week's firsts, and there is a new first: close friends (eight hearts) with a shopkeeper

Mineform 1.0.6

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.6
  • Away when the Shipping Bin sold? Your job bonus now catches up with you at your next login
  • Greta and Rowan pay more for this week's ores and wood, so the weekly list beats the bin again
  • Some bin bundles are bigger now (mushrooms, feathers, planks, charcoal...) so the job bonus shows
  • More firsts: the first to welcome each shopkeeper, earn each licence and finish each chapter; try /chronicle firsts licences
  • The Blaze Enchanter quest waits for the Nether now, like its Blaze template

Mineform 1.0.5

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.5
  • Fixed: towns of every team after the first now work properly (Pim visits, Charters and Invitations are used up)
  • Job levels 3, 6 and 9 raise what the Shipping Bin pays for your job's goods: x1.1, x1.2, x1.3
  • Type /market for this week's lists with prices on hover; /town now shows the ledger and who could move in next
  • Pim says what the caravan brought, and packs up on Sunday evening; a full town of nine gets Pim from Thursday
  • Three Town Square quests for four, six and nine households; Edda notices when you get there
  • The Chronicle cheers the first of us at big quests, festivals and bosses; try /chronicle firsts
  • Lost a Chronicle? /chronicle book <week> copies it once a day; each season ends with an Almanac

Mineform 1.0.4

31 October 2026

Everything in 1.0.4
  • Each Monday the market posts what every shopkeeper in your town pays extra for this week
  • Two days before a season ends (and on its last day) you hear what its festival still wants
  • When one of us is the first to find a new place, chat says so
  • The First Week now ticks off "a fourth neighbour", "a first licence" and "read the Chronicle" by itself
  • Greta and Captain Hale no longer ask for things only the sealed Nether has

Mineform 1.0.3

Everything in 1.0.3
  • The timeline now runs a whole First Week: four more milestones for days four to seven
  • Every Sunday evening the Chronicle hands each of us a book about our week
  • Shopkeepers keep a bed for the night and a work block by day; break it and they notice
  • Fairer prices: fish sell now, dishes pay for their ingredients, guild orders and festivals pay more, Captain Hale's Invitation costs one crown
  • Friendship grows faster: +10 for a daily hello, +50 for a loved gift, and a sprocket at the first heart
